2. Add Shows to Hulu’s Watchlist

ways to save streaming shows to watch later
Hulu is another well-known streaming service with a content queue. It’s called a Watchlist and combines the Queue, Favorites, and Shows You Watch in one place. To add to it, navigate to a show and select it. Then, look for the Add to Watchlist button and click it.
This feature also automatically compiles in-progress content. When you stop watching something before completion, the Watchlist remembers your place.
Alternatively, hover your mouse over any show. Then, look for the plus or minus icons. The plus icon adds content to the Watchlist and the minus symbol removes it.
Each Hulu episode also has a Watchlist button with a plus or minus icon. Click it to put the episode on your Watchlist or take it off.
One of the best things about Hulu’s Watchlist is the multiple ways to add content to it. The feature also pays attention to your habits and suggests content accordingly.
However, some users don’t like how the Watchlist replaced a few former Hulu queues. They weren’t aware of the change before it happened and found the differences overwhelming. People also complain it’s hard to locate the content they want to watch. Plus, you cannot officially download shows to watch offline.

Notes get collected in a default notebook named after your account. However, you can also make new notebooks.
Go to the Notebooks section on the left-side menu. Then, select the New Notebook button that has a plus sign. It adds another notebook to the respective area.
This method gives you a user-friendly way of keeping track of what to watch. Also, it provides an intuitive technique for segmenting your to-view list.

Are you a visually oriented person? You can use this option to make a to-watch-later list similar to the content list on Netflix. Also, adding movie trailers or photos of movie posters could help you get more excited about particular movies.
Begin by going to File, then New to create a new notebook. Next, source image and video files representing the content you want to stream later.
We’ll focus on adding pictures first. Go to the Insert tab at the top of the screen, select Images, and click Pictures.
From here, you can either add a picture from a file or URL. To do the first option, click Pictures on the Insert menu. If adding from a web address, type or paste the full internet address into the File Name box. Then, press Insert. Also, notice the Online Pictures option on OneNote’s Insert menu. It lets you find pictures using Bing.
To insert a video onto a OneNote page, copy the video’s URL. Then, go back to the Insert tab on the top of the screen and choose the Online Videos option. Paste the URL into the provided dialogue box.
An advantage of this option is that you can type notes over a picture. To do that, right-click on the image and choose Select Picture As Background. Use the handles on the picture’s corners to resize it if needed.
If titles alone just don’t trigger your memory, adding screenshots of Netflix or Hulu titles you want to watch later might be just what you need.

6. Save Trailers and Reviews in Pocket

ways to save streaming shows to watch later
Although designed as a reading-centric app, Pocket works for URLs related to movies you want to see. Save URLs for films in your browser by clicking the Pocket button on the top of an open window.
Alternatively, add to a list by sending an email to add@getpocket.com. Besides saving URLs, you can also collect images or videos of shows to watch. Use the menu on the left to sort content.
On an Android device, click the Share button, and then choose Add to Pocket.
For iOS, you can either download a sharing extension or just copy a video URL into Pocket. The app detects the web address automatically.
Tagging a list item or making it a favorite allows for easily finding it later. The Tag button has a gift tag shape. Creating tags for movie genres, actors, or priority films are good possibilities. Enter your preferred title in the dialog box after finding the Tag option. To Favorite an item, click or tap the Star icon.
Pocket lets you save internet-based movie content in seconds, which is a definite plus. It also syncs across all devices and stores content in the cloud.
However, using the email address method of saving only recognizes one URL at a time. It gets a bit cumbersome if you have a lot of movies in mind.
